The silver leaf is a "ribbon trim" I found at my scrapbook store of all places... and I just couched it on at each leaf joint. It's a sort of fabric but somewhat "plasticized with that metallic finish (they also had the same trim in dark green but I didn't get any of that)...
I ALWAYS (well, almost always) put beads in my embroidery in place of French Knots. I HATE French Knots! LOL So, for me, the centers of the daisies was a logical place for them.
Very pretty! Is the silver leaf stitched or an applique? I like the beads in all the daisies.
