This is very simple and subtle ... So much so that I thought at first they there wasn't much there. But it was pretty enough to draw me in and Ooooh I really do like it. I might have enhanced the center flower a bit more, but you're not me, and there is definitely something to be said for simplicity.
Thanks for your comment Faith it is much appreciated... I am a comparative beginner in this so each block is a challenge. :) The colours aren't very 'true' unfortunately and the flower has faded into the background a bit in the photograph... I couldn't make up my mind if I wanted to do more or not so I thought I would put the distance of time and then re look at it later on with fresh eyes... ReplyDeleteI thought the same Faith, maybe a little more in the middle. But the combination of green and pink is very nice, sometimes less is best...
